ABOUT ME
I’m Lola Abitogun, an Employment Solicitor advising individuals and organisations across a range of employment law matters, including workplace disputes, dismissal and redundancy, settlement negotiations, ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal claims.
I have a particular interest and experience in discrimination matters, including complex cases involving harassment and victimisation.
My approach is down-to-earth, clear and practical. I cut through the legal jargon, help you understand where you stand and give you straightforward advice on your options and what to do next.
I provide legal and claims-related services through the relevant SRA- or FCA-regulated organisations with which I work. Where you instruct me, I will make clear at the outset which regulated entity is providing the service and the terms on which you are being engaged.
